Recently the Spanish Ministry of Health has changed its registrations proceedings in the administrative procedure for the notification/registration of biocidal products in Spain and all related or subsequent tasks during the transitional period, namely: changes on biocidal products already authorised, renewals of authorisations, etc.
Up to this month, the dossiers required for the notification/registration had to be submitted in hard copies (both paper and CD-Room) to the Register office in the Ministry of Health.
This requirement has been withdrawn and it is not possible to deliver hard copies anymore, as the traditional register has been replaced by an electronic register. Therefore, the submission of all the required documents as well as the payment of the fees have to be done via an electronic platform, having specific administrative requirements, such as an electronic certificate.
