Jeffrey Hafer, Katherine Sullivan, and Jeremy Long contributed articles to the latest issue of the International Chemical Regulatory Law Review. Hafer’s “Revised Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA): Unforeseen Challenges” explains the impact of the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act on key aspects of the law including the PMN process, existing chemicals regulation, and confidential business information. Sullivan and Long’s, “Regulation of Cleaning Products in Canada” provides an overview of Canada’s specific standards and guidance for cleaning products, as well as a brief summary of Canada’s national product registration system.
